RealEstate Edge is operated by RU Institute. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no explanation required. This applies to both the monthly and annual subscription.

How to request a refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you purchased with, or
• Email us at support@ruinstitute.org and we'll process it for you.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.

Cancellations

You can cancel at any time from Settings inside the app, or through the billing portal. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you will not be billed again. Scripts already in your library remain accessible.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled. If a renewal charge was unexpected, contact us within 30 days of that charge and we'll refund it under this policy.
