Two statuses, one program. Standard Affiliate earns 20% of net revenue on every subscription you refer, every billing cycle. Edge Ambassador earns 40% — it's for members who actually use the product, so it requires an active RealEstate Edge membership. If your membership lapses, you return to the 20% Standard rate permanently, even if you resubscribe later.
At the $79 annual price, roughly three full-price annual referrals at the Ambassador rate are enough to cover your own annual membership (commissions are calculated on net revenue, so actual amounts vary — this is an illustration, not a guarantee).
This is a direct, one-tier referral program — not multi-level marketing. You earn only on customers who sign up with your own link or code, never on customers referred by other affiliates. A paid membership is not required to be a Standard Affiliate — affiliates get a free login to their sales dashboard and referral link, but affiliate status does not include a free membership. Participation is open to US citizens and US persons only, and the application collects the legal name, US address, phone, company number if applicable, and taxpayer ID (SSN, or EIN for businesses) needed to issue a Form 1099 at year end. Program terms
Commission is 20% of net revenue received (after refunds, chargebacks, and payment processing) on subscriptions started within 90 days of a visitor's first click on your referral link. Affiliates with an active RealEstate Edge membership earn the Edge Ambassador rate of 40% on commissions earned while that membership is active. Eligibility is checked automatically at the time each payment is received; if a membership lapses, the affiliate converts to the 20% Standard rate permanently — resubscribing does not restore the Ambassador rate — and already-earned commissions are never reduced. Attribution is first-click and one affiliate per customer.
Discounted Founding Member first-year purchases do not pay a recurring percentage. Normal commission begins when that customer renews at the regular annual price.
This is a one-tier, direct-referral program — not multi-level marketing. You earn commission only on customers who sign up through your own referral link or code. If a customer you referred later becomes an affiliate and brings in their own customers, you are not paid on those customers — no commission flows up or down any referral chain. Each affiliate earns solely from their own direct sign-ups.
Balances are paid via PayPal on the last Thursday of the month once your unpaid balance reaches $50 — PayPal is the only payout method. Balances below the minimum roll forward. Self-referrals, paid search on our brand terms, coupon-site spam, and misleading claims are not permitted and may result in removal from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
Eligibility is limited to US citizens and US persons for tax purposes. Before an application can be approved you must provide your legal name, US mailing address, phone number, company number where applicable, and a taxpayer identification number — a Social Security Number for individuals or an EIN for business entities — and certify that it is correct. Taxpayer IDs are stored separately from the rest of your account and are visible only to accounting. Where required, a Form 1099-NEC is issued for the prior calendar year. Company administrators may also hold affiliate accounts and earn commissions under the same terms.
