Two statuses, one program. Standard Affiliate earns 20% of net revenue on every subscription you refer, every billing cycle. Edge Ambassador earns 40% — it's for members who actually use the product, so it requires an active RealEstate Edge membership.
At the $79 annual price, roughly three full-price annual referrals at the Ambassador rate are enough to cover your own annual membership (commissions are calculated on net revenue, so actual amounts vary — this is an illustration, not a guarantee).
A paid membership is not required to be a Standard Affiliate — affiliates get a free login to their sales dashboard and referral link, but affiliate status does not include a free membership. A PayPal account is required to receive payouts. Questions: accounting@ruinstitute.com.

Program terms
Commission is 20% of net revenue received (after refunds, chargebacks, and payment processing) on subscriptions started within 90 days of a visitor's first click on your referral link. Affiliates with an active RealEstate Edge membership earn the Edge Ambassador rate of 40% on commissions earned while that membership is active. Eligibility is checked automatically at the time each payment is received; if a membership lapses, later commissions revert to 20% and already-earned commissions are never reduced. Attribution is first-click and one affiliate per customer.
Discounted Founding Member first-year purchases do not pay a recurring percentage. Normal commission begins when that customer renews at the regular annual price.
Balances are paid via PayPal on the last Thursday of the month once your unpaid balance reaches $50. Balances below the minimum roll forward. Self-referrals, paid search on our brand terms, coupon-site spam, and misleading claims are not permitted and may result in removal from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
